Body Tune-up Series One

Thursdays, 6:30-8 pm Sept 29th and October 6th

Tune-up #2: Critter Cleanse 10/6 @ Willy Street Coop East Store
Includes 1 hr nutrition consultation and flow system with Katy, workbook, supplements for 2 cleanses.
Fee: $249 ($239 early bird registration, Monday, Sept 19th)
Alumni Fee: $210

60-minute consultation for post-cleanse follow-up is an additional $95 (highly recommended for those not moving on to Series 2)

Body Tune-up Series Two

Thursdays, 6:30-8 pm October 13th, 20th and November 3rd

Tune-up #3: Kidney Cleanse 10/13 @ Willy Street Coop Off Site Offices
Tune-up #4: Liver Cleanse 10/20 @ Willy Street Coop East
Tune-up #5: Seasonal Tune-ups and Holistic Nutrition for Maintenance 11/3 @ Willy Street Coop East

Includes 1 hr follow-up nutrition consultation and flow system, workbook & herbs for 2 cleanses
Fee: $285 ($260 early bird registration, October 6th)
Alumni Fee: $230

Series 1 & 2 Fee: $499 early bird registration by Sept 19th

*Series One is a pre-requisite unless you receive approval from instructor

Each class will:
Present and build on an integrated food program for renewal
Discuss how to "tune-up" a different body system
Provide instructions and nutrition supplements to use in between classes (yes, this is homework!)

Included in the program is a personal nutrition session with Katy Wallace, traditional Naturopath.  This private, additional meeting will take place prior to the beginning of series one workshop to focus on what will be helpful to you in your work through the series. This is an opportunity to work on your specific health issues. After the second series, a private meeting will occur to assess your progress and address "what's next?" for you.

**Workshop fees include the supplements that are the bare essentials for the tune-ups. Some people may benefit from additional nutritional support to assist the cleansing process but these are not included in the workshop fee in an effort to keep costs down. These supplements may be purchased for an additional charge.

We also offer private body tune-ups for individuals or groups. Meet with Katy for a private consultation to move at your own pace with a program developed for your situation. Sessions are available by appointment at the Human Nature LLC office located at 2158 Atwood Ave, Suite 105, Madison.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Refunds. A full refund minus a processing fee of $40 will be provided if
cancellation notice is given prior to the close of business 2 days
before the start date of the course.

No credit or refund is available if you provide notice 1 day before or
on the start date of the program; if you do not show up; or if you leave
the workshop early for any reason. Human Nature, LLC reserves the right
to cancel any program at any time; if Human Nature cancels a program,
you will receive a refund.
