Discover the healing foods available at the Co-op with Katy Wallace, ND. Join us for a tour & tasting of sugar-, gluten-, and dairy-free options, healthy fats, nourishing dried goods, fermented food, and unpasteurized food. We will also cover the value of label-reading, avoiding synthetic and highly-processed ingredients, and eating food provided by local farmers/vendors. To register, please contact the co-op member services by calling 251-6776. Fee is $10 for members; $20 for non-members. There is always room to drop-in.
