Join us for a tour and tasting of the healing foods available at the
Co-op with staff from Human Nature, LLC. Tour includes sugar-, gluten-, and
dairy-free options, healthy fats, nourishing dried goods, fermented
food, and unpasteurized food. We will also cover the value of
label-reading, avoiding synthetic and highly-processed ingredients. To
register, please contact the co-op member services by calling 251-6776.
Fee is $10 for members; $20 for non-members. There is always room to
