A tour for vegans and the people who love them, this program provides an overview of the legumes, whole grains, seeds, nuts, vegetables, and fruits that compose a balanced vegan routine. Katy Wallace, ND, of Human Nature, LLC will provide cooking tips, and discuss alternatives to baked goods, sweets, and processed soy products that can lead to imbalances. $6 for members; $16 for all others.
