We provide private yoga sessions and classes to help you explore movement, meditation and spirituality. We will develop a personal routine for you to address your needs. Our most popular sessions include: fertility, adopting new habits, mental agility, liver and digestive health, reducing PMS, and lymph system wellness. All sessions are taught in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
A private yoga session is a like a personal class where you receive instruction regarding meditation, breathing, chanting, postures, movements and relaxation. Most sessions are 90 minutes in duration and the fee is $165. Classes are open to couples or friends, but are most commonly only for individuals.
