We include vitamins and herbs to support the nervous system so you can think clearly but also be able to relax and respond to stress in a balanced manner. In addition to supplements, we suggest regular yoga, such as Kundalini Yoga, for supporting a strong parasympathetic system. Katy is available to teach private yoga sessions for parasympathetic support. Meditation is an important component of yoga and we'd suggest the book "Meditation as Medicine".
